We are looking for an enthusiastic individual on weekday evenings to provide business support to the management team and tutors to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. To help drive the growth of cohort by assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new tutors, clients, parents and students
- Respond to existing customer enquiries maintaining a high level of customer service
- Support with weekly timetabling and assigning new students to tutors for centre based and online lessons
- Print the resources required for weekly centre based group sessions
- To provide technical support for students and tutors having online lessons.
- To review weekly correspondence (letter and email) and escalate issues to management where required.
- Help maintain general order such as regular stock checks, updating Tutor DBS and parent noticeboards
- Assist in the upkeep of confidential records
- To organise events such as Open Days, internal meetings etc.
- Respond to new customer enquiries and help drive the growth of Cohort Tuition
- If required, work on the weekends and manage reception and greet parents if admin team is unavailable
- Support with the generation of new promotional material for raising awareness and marketing campaigns.
- To project a professional image at all times and be a positive role model to enhance the Cohort Tuition brand
