We’re looking for a Development Administrator to support the delivery of affordable housing across Lincolnshire.
As a Development Administrator, you will support the Development and Sales Team with a variety of tasks. You will help keep projects organised, follow company and financial procedures, and make sure work is completed to a high standard. Your contribution will help the team achieve its goals on time, within budget, and with great customer service.

Where I’d work:
This role is primarily based within our Grimsby communities, however occasionally travel may be required across Lincolnshire.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support the delivery of your projects across Lincolnshire. This could be at our main offices in Grimsby or Boston, our various community hubs, at home, local coffee shops, or wherever works best for you.

It would be great if you also bring:
- Experience in a previous Administration role
- Friendly and helpful when working with customers and other people.
- Confident in arranging meetings, taking notes, and writing up what was discussed.
- Has a good level of education, including Maths and English.
- Experience in keeping records organised and up to date.
- Can work well on their own and as part of a team.
- Can use a laptop confidently, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Can manage their work and make sure important tasks are done first.
- Understands how to keep information private and secure.
- Honest, reliable, and motivated to do a good job.
- Has good maths and reading/writing skills.
Focused on helping customers and providing a great service.

- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
- Experience working in the social housing sector
Knowledge of Homes England funding requirements and compliance
