About the Role
RB Tools & Fixings is looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Industrial Vending & Delivery Operative to join our growing team.
This is a varied role combining warehouse order picking, customer deliveries and the replenishment of industrial vending machines located at customer sites. You'll be responsible for picking stock from our warehouse, loading your vehicle and visiting customers across the Midlands and surrounding areas to ensure they receive an outstanding level of service.
As the face of our business, you'll build strong relationships with customers by being professional, approachable and dependable.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare vending machine replenishment orders accurately from our warehouse.
- Deliver tools, PPE, fixings and industrial supplies to customer locations using a company van.
- Replenish industrial vending machines with the correct products and stock levels.
- Rotate stock and ensure vending machines remain clean, organised and fully operational.
- Report stock shortages, damaged products or machine issues to the office.
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely.
- Carry boxes and products between the vehicle, customer premises and vending machines.
- Obtain proof of delivery where required.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean company vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent RB Tools & Fixings professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable driving throughout the working day.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry boxes safely.
- Friendly, polite and confident dealing with customers.
- Well presented with a professional appearance.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage your own daily schedule.
- Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse picking, stock replenishment or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.

- Monday to Friday working hours – 8:00am to 4:30pm.
