Sunday Cleaner for short term rentals (Driving is ideal but not essential)
Location: Leith, Edinburgh (and surrounding local properties)
Pay Rate:
£13.00 per hour + money for fuel/deliveries of linen if you are able and willing to do deliveries. This rate is the starting rate while training. It can and will go up quickly if you are reliable and your cleaning is good.
Schedule: Every Sunday, 10:00AM – 3:00PM

We are a small, friendly team running top-rated short-term rentals in and around Leith. We take pride in offering a warm, supportive working environment where your hard work is genuinely appreciated.We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to handle our Sunday turnovers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our 5-star guest reviews by making sure every property is lovely and clean and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough property turnovers during the 10:00AM – 3:00PM window
- Strip and remake beds; transport fresh linen and towels between local properties as needed if you are willing and able to drive.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
- Restock guest essentials (toilet paper, tea/coffee, toiletries)
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe down high-touch surfaces
- Complete quick photo check-ins and flag any property damages or maintenance issues
Requirements
- Reliable Sunday availability
- Access to your own vehicle (ideal for transporting linen and moving between nearby sites)
- Prior cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential turnover preferred)
- Strong time management skills and sharp attention to detail
- Smartphone with camera for photo updates
