Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality or hotel services.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
