The Role
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing activity across CuddleCo and its partner brands.
You will develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers and drive conversion through our ecommerce and retail partner channels.
This varied, omnichannel role combines strategy, creativity and commercial thinking with hands-on delivery. You will manage a small marketing team and work closely with ecommerce, sales, creative, product, retail partners and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Lead campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, print, retail and trade channels.
- Manage campaign calendars across CuddleCo’s ecommerce channels, retail partners and brand portfolio.
- Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns and key trading moments from initial brief through to reporting.
- Oversee the creation of campaign content and assets, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Work closely with the ecommerce team to improve customer journeys, campaign performance and conversion.
- Develop joint marketing plans with key retail and brand partners, including promotions and in-store activity.
- Oversee CuddleCo’s PR strategy and manage the external PR agency, ensuring activity supports wider brand objectives.
- Use customer, sales and campaign data to optimise activity and improve return on investment.
- Manage the marketing budget, external suppliers and agencies.
- Lead, support and develop a small team of marketing specialists.
About You
You will be a commercially focused marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will bring:
- Proven marketing management experience within a consumer, retail, ecommerce or lifestyle business.
- Experience managing and developing a marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, digital acquisition and retail activation.
- Experience leading product launches, seasonal campaigns and retail marketing calendars.
- Experience managing external agencies, including PR partners.
- Strong commercial, analytical and budget-management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- A creative, organised and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Experience within the baby, nursery, parenting, interiors or lifestyle sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
