We’re working with an established law firm in Eastbourne that is looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property department.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with conveyancers across a broad range of transactions, which could include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions and equity release
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
- Helping progress matters through to exchange and completion
The firm can tailor the level of responsibility around your experience, making this a good opportunity for someone who already has some conveyancing exposure and wants to continue developing.
You could currently be working as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Paralegal. You don’t need to tick every box to apply.
