- Drive B2B channel acquisition across the UK and European territories.
- Identify and target high-potential robotics distributors, technology agents, academic institutions, tech-innovation hubs, government/enterprise units, and commercial partners.
- Establish a stable, long-term international channel network and meet structured channel acquisition and contract signing targets.
2. Client Management & Commercial Execution
- Independently manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle: requirement gathering, proposal writing, quoting, commercial negotiation, contract finalisation, and post-sale onboarding.
- Manage corporate visit bookings, lead VIP showroom tours/hospitality, execute joint projects, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Corporate Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Leverage physical showroom events, tech exhibitions, industry salons, and innovation exchange programmes to promote our B2B brand presence.
- Utilise international trade networks, corporate channels, public/private sector connections, and trade media to demonstrate our technological edge and elevate local B2B brand authority in the UK.
4. Partner Pipeline Management & Data Analytics
- Build and maintain a robust CRM database for international B2B clients and channel partners.
- Regularly track lead status, channel progress, and conversion metrics to generate commercial reviews and refine acquisition strategies.
- Consistently re-engage existing contacts to unlock secondary sales, deep collaborations, and exclusive regional agency opportunities.
5. Auxiliary Commercial Support
- Manage corporate English correspondence, lead virtual meetings, and handle day-to-day foreign client relations.
- Collaborate with the broader team on international channel mapping, localise partner enablement materials, conduct market research, and execute ad-hoc commercial tasks requested by management.

3. Professional Capabilities
- Thorough understanding of the B2B pipeline, including channel development, commercial negotiation, lead nurturing, and contract workflows.
- Possess a strong strategic growth mindset, with the proven ability to independently source leads, push deals forward, and close partnerships. Experience in market research and channel enablement is a plus.
4. Core Competencies
- Highly target-driven with exceptional negotiation and resource integration skills.
- Resilient, highly proactive, and capable of working autonomously to acquire new clients.
- Passionate about the technology, robotics, and AI sectors, with a long-term commitment to international B2B market expansion.
