Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Colchester. They specialise in representing established non-profit brands through face-to-face campaigns across residential environments, prioritising direct customer engagement
Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to bring in new individuals as Entry-Level Sales Assistant, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience within sales and marketing as part of a customer-facing opportunity.
Who Should Apply?
No previous experience is required, as all successful candidates will receive client training once they start to learn how to carry out the role effectively, alongside invitations to daily upskilling sessions facilitated by individuals with customer-facing experience.
- Availability: Seeking individuals with full-time equivalent availability (5 full working days per week, Monday to Friday).
- Location: Based in or able to commute to the Colchester hub daily
- Attitude: Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Confidence: Comfortable speaking with the public in busy environments
- Background: Experience in hospitality (waiting staff/bar staff), retail or customer service is helpful but not required

Day to day of a Sales Assistant:
- Attend morning briefings at the Colchester hub
- Represent brands across residential campaigns within the Colchester area
- Engage with customers, explain services and assist with sign-ups
- Work towards individual objectives while tracking performance
- Complete sales admin with customers on a digital tablet
- Return to the office to review results

Please note:

Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
