We are looking for experienced, hard working and reliable Cleaning Operative to come and join our team at a beautiful wedding venue in Maldon!
Weekend staff needed as well as week day staff so please let us know your availabilty
Shifts vary between 8am-10am, 8am-2pm and 10am-2pm
Driver essential due to location so please only apply if you have access to your own vehicle
£12.71 per hour - 4 weekly pay
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming various areas of the venue to a high standard
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms, ceremony rooms, bridal suites, accommodation rooms and other designated spaces.
- Empty bins and replace liners as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products when required.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and monitor stock levels.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping of at least 1 year is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality standards on every shift
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize duties efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
