Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barber (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for staying updated on the latest hair trends and techniques
- Good time management skills and reliability
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential
