At Vertu Peugeot Exeter, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our friendly and high-performing team.
We are offering a basic salary of £30,056, along with an excellent benefits package and outstanding career development opportunities.
- Monday to Friday working pattern only
- Working hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break
- No weekend working
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our trade customers by delivering exceptional service and expert parts advice. Working within our established Parts team, you'll handle customer enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms, helping to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately identifying vehicle parts and accessories to meet customer requirements
- Processing trade enquiries and orders efficiently
- Promoting current parts offers and campaigns
- Maximising upselling opportunities to increase sales and customer value
- Building strong relationships with existing trade customers
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities within our customer base
- Keeping up to date with new products, recalls, special offers and industry developments through ongoing training and manufacturer communications
We're looking for a motivated and commercially driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous Parts Advisor experience within the motor industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to sales and customer service
- The drive and ambition to exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the department
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
