About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join the Warehouse Team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations, ensuring that stock is received, stored, and despatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products in preparation for despatch to customers.
- Kitting: Preparing kits ready for Production.
- Stock Management: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are stored correctly and easy to locate.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist with unloading deliveries and loading outbound shipments.
- Inventory Control: Help with stock counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- General Warehouse Duties: Carry out other warehouse tasks as required, including cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Fork Lift Licence is required.
- PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Officer, and the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
