The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring products meet our quality standards, and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery in line with company procedures
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Record production data as required
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred (full training provided)
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
- Basic numeracy and literacy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,187.00-£32,918.00 per year
