Northern View Leisure is a family-owned business with over 40 years’ experience creating memorable holidays across our holiday parks in Northern Ireland and Donegal.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team in a varied role combining customer service, administration and occasional sales support.
Working Hours
We’re open to considering either full-time or reduced hours for the right candidate:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.00pm
- Reduced hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 3.00pm
We recognise that flexibility can be important, so we’re happy to consider either working pattern depending on the successful candidate.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service by phone, email and in person.
- Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and general account administration.
- Preparing insurance quotations and processing invoices.
- Maintaining customer records and databases.
- Supporting our sales team and assisting with caravan viewings when required.
- General office administration across our holiday parks, marina and insurance businesses.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys dealing with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
- Has good communication and computer skills.
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload.
- Is comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers and enquiries.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Previous administration or customer service experience would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
