About the Role
This is a chance to be there from the beginning. No two days will be the same. You'll start your morning in our Bearsden office, plan your day, then head out to build relationships with hospitals, GP practices, clinics, social workers, occupational therapists, and families across the community.
You will be the face of Primcare opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into care packages. You will also be willing to cover care shifts when needed, supporting the team directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, GP practices, and community centres to promote our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social workers, OTs, discharge teams, and healthcare professionals
- Engage with families and community groups to raise awareness of Primcare
- Attend local networking events, care forums, and community meetings
- Follow up on referrals and enquiries promptly and professionally
- Track and report on marketing activities, leads, and outcomes
- Cover care shifts when required to support the care team
- Represent Primcare with professionalism, compassion, and integrity
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (care sector experience is a bonus)
- A confident communicator who builds trust and
- Rapport naturally
- Mileage allowance for business travel
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Ambitious and eager to grow with a new, expanding company
- Flexible and willing to cover care shifts when needed
- Full, UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Professional, well-presented, and passionate about making a difference
- PVG scheme membership (or willingness to obtain)
- SSSC registration (or willingness to obtain)

Bearsden, Glasgow G61. Travel across Glasgow and surrounding areas required.
