Looking for a customer service role that's more than just answering phones?
At Something Different Wholesale, we're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where you'll support customers across phone, email and live chat, helping to resolve queries, provide product information and ensure a first-class customer experience.
Unlike a traditional call centre environment, you'll work closely with different teams across the business and play an important part in helping our customers and company succeed.

What you'll be doing:
- Speaking with customers via phone, email and live chat
- Resolving customer queries and providing solutions
- Processing orders and payments
- Researching products and stock availability
- Working with internal departments to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Providing general administrative support where required

- Have previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
