You will be require to work week days and weekend shifts, Monday to Sunday with availability to start as early as 7am and finish as late as 6:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Use effective communication skills to answer questions, offer product and recommendations.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising techniques to attract customer attention
- Manage checkout procedures efficiently with basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and tidy
- Handling inquiries or placing orders remotely
- Support store organization by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet daily goals
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for engaging with customers and team members
- Basic math proficiency is necessary for handling transactions accurately, cash counting and reporting cash discrepancies.
- Organizational skills and time management are key to maintaining a smooth workflow throughout your shift
Pay: £8.20-£12.80 per hour
