What you’ll do
- Coordinate and prioritise the daily repair and maintenance workload, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently to the right teams.
- Monitor performance and service delivery, balancing day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maximise the use of scheduling technology and systems, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Forecast workload demand and resource requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage.
- Provide support, guidance and training to colleagues while delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries effectively.

You have
- A strong ability to allocate and schedule work efficiently to maximise productivity.
- Proficiency in using scheduling systems and workforce management technology.
- Skilled at forecasting workloads and planning resources effectively.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve scheduling issues and conflicts.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams while maintaining excellent customer service standards

The practical bits
- Working Monday to Friday
- Hours are usually between 8:30am and 16:30pm
- Working from our office in Maryport 2 days per week
