About The Role
As an LCV Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional and efficient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their LCV servicing and repair requirements
- Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Managing customer communication throughout the repair process
- Liaising closely with technicians and workshop teams to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Preparing estimates, invoices and repair documentation
- Explaining technical information clearly and professionally to customers
- Identifying additional service opportunities where appropriate
- Ensuring manufacturer and company processes are followed
- Maintaining accurate customer records and providing excellent customer care
Who We're Looking For

- Experienced LCV Service Advisors
- Commercial Vehicle Service Advisors
- Automotive Service Advisors looking to move into the LCV sector
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a Service Advisor role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy aftersales environment
- A professional, organised and proactive approach
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good IT and administration skills
- A full UK driving licence
