**This role is office based and the successful candidate will need to be local to Oldham (OL9 9XB)
We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Power Platform Developer to design, develop and support business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining Power Apps, automating workflows through Power Automate, developing Power BI reporting, supporting API and Microsoft 365 integrations, and assisting with the ongoing development of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Working closely with the Operations Director, IT Manager and wider business teams, the successful candidate will help maintain data quality, support Dynamics 365 users, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to system improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reporting capability and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain business applications using Power Apps
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate
- Support the development of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Support the integration of Microsoft 365 services
- Build and manage API integrations
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Take ownership of the reporting suite, ensuring accuracy, relevance and ongoing improvement
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from across the business
- Assist with importing of new data to existing systems, including Dynamics 365
- Work with the Operations Director and IT Manager to support data quality initiatives, identifying and resolving data issues
- Monitor the performance of Dynamics 365
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues relating to Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Assist users with Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Power Apps
- Participate in IT projects and the implementation of system changes
- Maintain awareness of business priorities, change initiatives and operational requirements
- Positively contribute towards individual, departmental, and company objectives
- Comply with all relevant regulatory standards and internal policies
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and supporting users within a live business environment
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and data querying
Desirable:
- Experience with API integrations, data structures, and system connectivity
- Understanding of Microsoft cloud services and related services
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Source control management with GIT

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
