Duties
- Perform laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to clinic protocols and safety standards
- Provide personalised consultations to clients, explaining procedures and aftercare instructions
- Assist clients with skincare advice, including makeup application when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensure all client records are accurately updated following each session
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest laser technology advancements and training requirements
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 in Laser & IPL (essential)
Experience in laser hair removal
- Electrolysis hair removal experience (essential)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures effectively and address client concerns
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and hygiene standards
