What You'll Be Doing
As a Candidate Resourcer, you'll become a specialist within a technology market, helping identify, engage and build relationships with highly skilled professionals.
You'll:
- Source technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and understand their career goals
- Conduct qualification calls and interviews
- Learn how technology markets operate and develop industry knowledge
- Create talent pipelines for live and future client opportunities
- Support senior consultants on live client projects
- Manage candidate processes from initial contact through to interviews
- Develop your communication, sales and relationship-building skills
This is not a call-centre role.
Success comes from understanding people, building trust and becoming a knowledgeable specialist in your market.
