THE ROLE
As a Production Operative working 06:00 till 14:00, or 14:00 till 22:00 you'll be a key part of the team keeping our production floor moving. You'll be assembling, inspecting, and packing products to exacting standards — making sure what leaves our warehouse is something to be proud of.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
– Assembling products and components following clear production instructions and client specifications
– Inspecting parts before and after assembly to make sure quality standards are met — every time
– Operating production equipment to manufacture goods safely and accurately
– Removing and reporting any defective or non-conforming products
– Packing completed products for shipping, correctly labelled and handled with care
– Supporting stock takes and reporting accurately to your Line Manager
– Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe — it makes everyone's day better
– Jumping in where needed — whether that's a different area of production or an ad-hoc task
– Communicating clearly with your team and supervisors throughout the day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– A hard worker who takes pride in doing things right
– Good attention to detail — accuracy is everything in production
– The ability to follow instructions precisely and work well in a team
– A positive attitude, even when things get busy
– Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehousing environment is great — but not essential
