We're looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Beauty & Skin Therapist to join our growing and award winning team.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining beauty therapy with reception support. Alongside delivering high-quality treatments, you'll help create a warm and welcoming experience for every client, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a range of beauty and skincare treatments to a high standard.
- Carrying out professional consultations and recommending suitable treatments and homecare.
- Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting reception duties, including managing appointments, answering telephone enquiries, responding to emails and assisting with client bookings.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and infection prevention throughout the clinic.
- Working closely with the wider team to provide an exceptional client experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a recognised Level 2 and/or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Has a genuine passion for skincare, beauty and client care.
- Is confident, friendly and professional.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is comfortable using computer booking systems and carrying out reception duties.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with advanced skincare treatments would be an advantage but is not essential.
