The individual will work across multiple projects across C&VCT, supporting to deliver client projects across all teams. Tasks will include data analysis, research, stakeholder engagement and report writing. The individual will also undertake project management tasks.
The individual will be given responsibility to deliver specific tasks within projects (across all C&VCT) and support on business development tasks as required. Responsibilities will include: desk-based research; stakeholder engagement and interviews; data management, manipulation, modelling and analysis; and reporting writing in Word and Powerpoint. The role may also include some project management responsibilities for smaller scale projects.
2-3 years’ experience in waste or circularity roles Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel Experience of stakeholder engagement and balancing multiple priorities
Ability to work to deadlines and work on multiple projects alongside each other
Ability to convey technical information in an engaging and useful way to non-technical audiences High quality and professional report writing and presentation development (MS Word, MS PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills
Desirables:
- Consultancy experience
- Understanding of UK waste and recycling data and/or food waste
- An understanding of waste / product related LCA
- Advanced data analysis skills e.g. advanced Excel, Alteryx or similar data analysis software
