We are currently looking for talented Assistant Managers & Supervisors at our lovely cafe in Reading (Broad Street Mall). These positions are not for the faint hearted or those afraid of hard work! However, we are interested in people who want to have a part to play in an evolving company and whose personality will help set the tone for the café.
Who are we looking for?
- Our aim is to deliver the best cafe experience in Reading; you will help make sure we do! The right candidate will have a natural gift for hospitality and be able to motivate and lead a team through their passion, their example and their commitment.
- As Assistant Manager or Supervisor you will be a master of all trades who can bang out great tasting coffee or a bacon bap, epitomise great counter service, look slick on the café floor and do it all with a dazzling smile and aura of calm competence.
