?? About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial growth. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities, generating high-quality appointments for our Sales team.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development colleagues, you’ll play a vital role in helping us connect with prospective clients and showcase the value Axil brings to organisations across the UK.
?? What You'll Be Doing

Proactively contacting prospective clients via telephone and email

Building connections and engaging professionally via LinkedIn

Researching and qualifying new business opportunities

Generating your own leads through creative outreach and targeted activity

Maintaining accurate, high-quality data within our CRM system (HubSpot)

Supporting the wider commercial team with excellent organisational and administrative skills

Taking a structured, proactive approach to your work, with a focus on results and continuous improvement

Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week based at our Head Office in Corby.
Pay
From £27,300 per annum, with potential to earn a bonus per annum based on agreed targets, KPI's and Company performance.
