Job Overview:
The Part-Time / Full-Time Cleaning Operative at JP Cleaners Ltd will work across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Swansea and surrounding areas. Duties will vary depending on workload and client requirements. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, physically fit and capable of maintaining high cleaning standards across a range of environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out residential, commercial and industrial cleaning duties.
· Complete deep cleans, builders cleans and sparkle cleans to a high standard.
· Undertake oven cleaning, gutter cleaning and jet washing duties.
· Carry out litter picking and external maintenance duties where required.
· Use cleaning products, tools and equipment safely and effectively.
· Travel between job sites using company vehicles during working hours.
· Take job photographs and provide updates using basic IT systems and mobile devices.
· Ensure all work is completed in line with company health and safety procedures.
· Maintain company equipment, uniforms and vehicles in a clean and professional condition.
· Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Requirements:
· Full UK driving licence (essential).
· DBS check required.
· Basic IT skills required for communication, job updates and photographs.
· Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
· Good attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
· Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work, including lifting equipment, outdoor work and occasional working at height.
· Previous cleaning experience preferred.
