Adult Social Care Customer Service Centre require a Customer Service Assistant - Moorlands Area
Band 2 – various roles also supporting business support needs across our Older People and Physical Disability Teams.
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (hours and working pattern to be negotiated / base & home working)
The Post Holder will primarily support the Customer Service Functions handling all call traffic into the Customer Service Centre for Adult Social Care services supporting Mental Health and Older People and Physical Disability/Sensory service provision.
As a Customer Service Assistant, the Post Holder will be the first point of contact with services and be a key link in connecting callers to practice teams and associated services.
A strong sense of teamwork and commitment to maintaining high standards is essential to this position. In addition, the post holder will be required to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative and business support activities to meet the needs of the services; they will effectively communicate related information and advice to enable the teams to achieve operational excellence via Pathway support.
The Post Holder will also be required to undertake general office duties and support the teams where required linked to their Assigned Social Care Pathway.
The Post Holder will be responsible for inputting data, data cleansing, maintaining records and providing support to the social workers.
All posts require suitable candidates who possess a good standard of literacy and numeracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, IT skills, including well developed data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
