Shambles Kitchen operates a collection of street food retail brands including our main Shambles Kitchen Sandwich Shop, Smokehouse Burritos and Crumbles. Alongside the retail business we have a sister wedding catering and events company.
We are looking for an enthusiastic/friendly, responsible individual with a passion for food and service to assist in the hands-on running the Shambles Kitchen's retail arm.

DUTIES:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide support in the serving of the food
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed
SKILLS:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
Note: This position requires working in a customer facing kitchen environment.
PAY:
- Negotiable, depending on experience.

- Your next steps to work towards would be Superivisor, Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
