Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for all clients.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently at the front desk and assist with walk-in clients.
- Upsell additional treatments or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage social media accounts to promote salon services, special offers, and client engagement.
- Assist with management tasks such as inventory control and scheduling staff shifts when required.
- Offer guest services that ensure clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Skills in management, social media management, and customer service are highly desirable.
- Competence in eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, barbering, or other specialised treatments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering high standards of guest services.
- recognised qualification in nail technology or cosmetology is preferred but not essential.
