Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service and repair requests via various channels, ensuring timely logging and categorisation.
- Coordinate appointments between clients and technical teams, maintaining clear schedules and follow-ups.
- Utilise Salesforce to track case progress, update records accurately, and generate reports as required.
- Liaise effectively with clients, providing updates on repair status and addressing any queries professionally.
- Analyse service data to identify trends, potential issues, or areas for process improvement.
- Support financial processes related to repairs, including invoicing, billing adjustments, and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure parts availability and efficient scheduling of repairs.
- Maintain organised documentation of all service activities in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services or technical support sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret data trends and contribute to process optimisation initiatives.
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
