Salary up to £80,000 + Car Allowance
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded care provider, seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a small portfolio of care homes across the North East of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established multi-site leader to take strategic and operational ownership of a group of homes, driving quality, compliance and performance across the portfolio.
The Role
- Provide operational and strategic oversight across a small portfolio of care homes
- Support, mentor and performance-manage a team of Registered Managers, ensuring strong leadership at each site
- Maintain and improve CQC compliance across all homes within the portfolio
- Drive occupancy, quality and commercial performance across the group
- Act as the key point of escalation and support for Home Managers, stepping in operationally where needed
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, professionals and other external stakeholders
- Ensure consistency of standards, culture and person-centred care across all homes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience overseeing multiple care homes in a Regional Manager or similar multi-site role
- RGN qualification is desirable but not essential
- A strong, demonstrable track record with CQC across a portfolio of services
- Confident, credible leadership style with the ability to influence and support Home Managers
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- A genuine passion for driving quality and consistency across multiple sites
