Working Hours:
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with an early finish at 4:00pm on Fridays.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual with proven experience in residential property management. You will have an understanding of property management processes and legislation, and be confident managing a varied portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring all property management responsibilities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes.

Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional support and addressing all enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handling any issues or concerns arising within the properties, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including liaising with contractors and suppliers, obtaining quotes, and scheduling work within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Administering tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Managing tenancy deposits, including registration, return processes, and handling disputes in line with relevant legislation.
- Accurately updating the in-house property management system and associated platforms to reflect the latest tenancy and property information.
- Coordinating routine property inspections and maintenance schedules to maintain high standards across the portfolio.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments and the wider business to deliver a seamless property management experience.

Essential:
- Previous experience within the property industry.
- Solid understanding of property management processes and legal obligations.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine willingness to exceed expectations.

- Confident user of property management software and general IT systems.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and personal accountability.
Desirable:
- Propertymark (ARLA) accreditation or equivalent industry qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
