Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of passive fire protection projects. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities by scheduling tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to develop and update project schedules ensuring accurate tracking of progress and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress on-site and in the office, identifying potential delays or issues early to implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage documentation related to construction operations, including reports, logs, change orders, and safety records.
- Facilitate communication among contractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and timelines.
- Support compliance with safety regulations and quality standards through regular site inspections and reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in passive fire protection project coordination or a similar role within civil or infrastructure projects.
- Scheduling and project planning is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with diverse across multiple disciplines.
- Knowledge of passive fire protection safety protocols and quality assurance practices is preferred.
- Actual wage dependent on experience.
