About the Role:
Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Radlett is an exciting BRAND-NEW nursery opening soon, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our founding team. Situated in the heart of Radlett, this nursery is easily accessible via train station and has free parking.
You’ll lead your room, inspire your team, and help create a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive while shaping the culture of our nursery from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your room team to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health & safety and care.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Monitor children’s learning and development.
- Support the Nursery Manager in maintaining an outstanding learning environment.

What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for giving children the best start in life
