Responsibilities

- Oversee food safety compliance, including hygiene standards and allergen management.
- Supervise food production processes to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Organise staffing schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise team productivity.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and catering supplies.
- Ensure all catering events are executed seamlessly from setup to breakdown.
- Maintain budget control by managing costs effectively without compromising quality.
- Uphold organisational standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Leadership qualities that motivate and inspire staff towards delivering outstanding service.
