WE ARE HIRING – WORKSHOP MANAGER & FABRICATOR
Lucaroman Ltd is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager & Fabricator to join our growing team in Ilkeston.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of £45,000 per year plus overtime opportunities.
As a small family-run business, we're looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, and ready to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Managing the workshop and daily operations
✔ Visiting customers to survey and assess jobs
✔ Planning and scheduling work
✔ Ordering materials and managing stock requirements
✔ Carrying out fabrication and welding work on the workshop floor
✔ Supporting the continued growth and success of the business
Requirements:
✔ Proven fabrication and welding experience (essential)
✔ Engineering qualifications preferred
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Management experience is not required but would be advantageous
