Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- From single room repaints to full house redecoration.
- Experienced in stain blocking and filling.
- Remedial work experience after work has been completed.
- Experienced with Spraying would be a positive.
- Bare plaster work
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance schedules and requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar position is preferred.
- Valid driving licence and Van for transportation of tools and materials as needed.
- Experience in construction painting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication within the team.
