We are looking for a professional, friendly and experienced Aesthetic Nurse & Clinic Coordinator to join our clinic team. This is a varied, patient-facing role combining nursing, aesthetics, IV therapy, skincare and reception/clinic administration.
The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented and passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience, while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional experience throughout their visit
- Managing reception, appointments, telephone enquiries and general clinic administration
- Using PABAU confidently for bookings, patient records, treatment notes and clinic management
- Conducting patient consultations and assisting with appropriate treatment plans
- Performing phlebotomy and IV cannulation/IV therapy within appropriate training, competence and scope of practice
- Administering aesthetic treatments within relevant qualifications and experience
- Providing facials, skincare treatments and personalised skincare advice
- Providing appropriate pre- and post-treatment advice and monitoring patient wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate patient records, consent forms and treatment documentation
- Following appropriate hygiene, infection prevention and patient-safety procedures
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
Essential Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse with a valid PIN
- Experience and demonstrated competence in phlebotomy and IV therapy
- Relevant training and experience in aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Professional, confident and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to confidently balance clinical responsibilities with reception and administrative duties
- Previous experience using PABAU or a similar clinic booking/CRM system
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Level 7 qualification in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Treatments
- Experience with anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers
- Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification
- Qualifications or training in facials, advanced skincare or aesthetic therapies
- Fotona laser training or practical experience would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience working within a medical aesthetics, private healthcare or wellness clinic
We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable and clinically confident, with a genuine interest in aesthetics, IV therapy, laser treatments and skincare. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a high-quality, professional and welcoming experience for every patient.
All treatments must be undertaken within the practitioner's appropriate training, competence and scope of practice.
Pay: £30,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
