Lettings Negotiator - Stone, Staffordshire
We're the leading lettings agent in Stone and we're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team.
You'll work directly with our Head of Lettings and Managing Director, managing and growing an established lettings book and advising landlords on legislation and compliance. It's a hands-on role with real ownership of your own patch, not a call list.
Your day to day:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of landlord clients
- Advising landlords on lettings legislation, compliance and best practice
- Rental valuations and market appraisals
- Arranging and attending accompanied viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to move-in
- Referencing, tenancy paperwork and compliance documentation
- Winning new landlord instructions
What you'll need:
- At least 2 years' experience in residential lettings
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Good work ethic and the organisation to run your own diary
Nice to have:
- Propertymark/ARLA Level 3, or willingness to work towards it, which we fund
- Local knowledge of Stone, Stafford and the surrounding area
Hours:
9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. One Saturday in four, 9:00 to 13:00, with a full day off in lieu the following Tuesday.
