Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards consistently.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying bins and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and sanitizing high-touch areas regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, mops, buffers, and cleaning chemicals.
- Support team members during busy periods or special cleaning projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
