Delivery Driver (Multi Drop) / Installation Technician
Our family run water dispenser & bottling company based in Crowborough is looking for an additional member of staff to join our delivery / servicing team.
The primary focus of this role involves multi-drop deliveries of our 19-litre spring water bottles and the installation and servicing of both bottled-fed and mains-fed water dispensers at customer premises. You will be driving our 3.5-tonne Mercedes Sprinter vans to sites throughout London and the South East.
Please note: There is ongoing heavy lifting of our 19-litre bottles and water dispensers, so the successful applicant must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role. You will also be required to cover for other delivery drivers from time to time, which will involve delivering 5 days a week. While this is predominantly a field-based role, you may occasionally be asked to assist in our production or workshop.
Duties include:
- Multi-drop water bottle delivery in Central London, Greater London, & the South East.
- Installing, Cleaning & Repairing Bottled-Fed Water dispensers at Customers Premises
- Installing, Cleaning & Repairing Mains-Fed Water dispensers at Customers Premises, which includes minor plumbing work.
Full job training will be provided but multi-drop delivery experience is preferred and basic plumbing experience is desirable.
Job Type: Full Time - 44.5 Hrs per week Mon-Fri - 07:00 - 17:00 (16:30 Fridays)
1hr lunch – overtime as and when required. (No Weekend work required)
Rate of pay: £13.00 p/h
