Concept Projects Group (CPG) is a growing project delivery business supporting clients across the FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and industrial sectors. We deliver a wide range of engineering, construction and fit-out projects, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Multi-Trade Operative to join our team.
This is a hands-on role working across industrial sites throughout the North West, predominantly in the Wirral area. You'll work alongside Project Managers and Site Supervisors to help deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.

The Role
As a Construction Multi-Trade Operative, you'll support the delivery of construction, maintenance and refurbishment projects across a range of industrial environments.
Projects may include:
- Industrial fit-out projects
- Building refurbishment works
- Civil engineering works
- Plant and site improvements
- General maintenance and repair tasks
You'll be a key representative of CPG on site, providing a professional service while ensuring health, safety and quality standards are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day construction and maintenance activities on industrial sites.
- Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors with project delivery.
- Undertake a variety of multi-trade tasks including:
- Painting and decorating
- Basic joinery
- Tiling
- Basic plumbing
- Minor electrical works
- General building repairs and maintenance
- Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with clients and site teams.
- Provide regular progress updates on completed and ongoing tasks.
- Identify and report hazards, defects and faulty equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements and company procedures.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction, maintenance or multi-trade role.
- Good all-round building maintenance skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work using your own initiative.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
Desirable
- Experience working on industrial or manufacturing sites.
- Additional trade qualifications or certifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements within construction environments.
