Duties involve:
Answering the telephone
General Administration
Preparing of Sales quotations/ Hire contracts/off hires/cross hires
Dealing with invoice queries
Person must be/have
- Good eye for detail
- Computer literate: Confident and proficient with Word & Excel
- Previous experience in hire/groundworks solution preferred but not essential.
- Punctual
- Honest
- Reliable
