Job Summary
You will be responsible for business analyst initiatives to ensure project delivery of software systems and to enable standard operating procedures.
This role requires stakeholder engagement across the wider business at our three office sites across the UK (Newcastle, Warrington, London)
You should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity within an ISP environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet stakeholders to document requirements for feature requests and issues.
- Work with product owner.
- Produce user stories and acceptance criteria from requirement gathering.
- Aid in the documentation of business process flows to enable software development.
- Foster collaboration between stakeholders.
Essential skills
- Proficient in flow/process/workflow documentation.
- Comfortable arranging/leading meetings throughout the business.
- A basic understanding of API, database and CRM integration.
- Experience using Jira (Kanban, Epics, etc)
- Working experience of a data resource such as Jira Confluence.
- A positive attitude and problem solver.
- Willing to support the wider team to solve challenges.
Desirable skills
- Exposure to principles of an Agile software development team
- Experience of Zoho CRM
- Worked alongside or within the Telco industry
- Knowledge of any code or SQL
- Worked alongside a project managed software delivery
Role specifics
- Core hours of Mon-Fri 0900 – 1730
- Hybrid 2 days a week in Warrington office.
- Occasional visit to London office as project launch demands.
- On rare occasion, support out of hours project deployments
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
