About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role combines counterbalance forklift operation with order picking responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Counterbalance Forklift Operations:
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
- Ensure goods are transported and stored efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly
Warehouse Picking Duties:
- Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch in line with customer orders
- Pack and label goods to ensure safe transit
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid counterbalance and reach forklift licence (required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Commitment to health & safety practices

Pay: £12.95-£13.90 per hour
