Hours: Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Salary: Band 2 - £25,804 to £28,031 per annum
About the Post
- This administration role is focused on supporting the allocation, monitoring, and compliance of student placements across our health provision.
- The role is process, policy, and regulation driven and requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records within ARC (the Placement system) and updating educational placement audit information
- Produce reports on placement hours, clearance for placement, NHSE placement tariff payments
About the Team
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive Placement Administration Team, committed to delivering a high-quality service to students, academic colleagues, and external placement partners. The team works closely together to manage complex processes, ensure compliance, and continuously improve the student placement experience.
About You
- Do you have experience working within a Further or Higher Education setting or similar?
- Do you have strong administration skills, experience using data systems, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate digital records?
