We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lates Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to handle materials, load and unload shipments, and support overall warehouse operations. Your expertise will ensure smooth logistics flow and uphold safety standards across our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift trucks to load, unload vehicles and move goods within the warehouse
- Conduct routine equipment inspections
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stacking and storage to prevent damage or safety hazards
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience operating forklift trucks, particularly Counterbalance
- Ability to handle materials safely, including heavy lifting and proper stacking techniques
- Good basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Must have current externally provided counterbalance licence within 3 years, We cannot accept any in house training
Monday - Friday 12:00 - 21:00 with 1 hour lunch
Pay: From £13.53 per hour
